We are looking for a number of Customer Service Represetative to work from home within a stablished company. You will take calls and answer e-mails sent by customers in English using prior set business rules na templates.
Requirements:
*Available to work 40 hours per week;
*Has worked in a Customer servisse setting or a similar Customer-satisaction job;
*Has solid command of the English language;
*Internet conncetion of 2Mb or more;
*Computer with Windows environment;
*Headset with USB conector
